He appeared on the census of 2 May 1910 at S.D.3; E.D.111; Sheet 14 B, Red River Township, Searcy County, Arkansas; is age 47, has been married 25 years to Demerris, and he is working as a laborer doing odd jobs. Demerris has had 7 children, only 3 are living. Jacob and Elijah are with them. He appeared on the census of 21 January 1920 at S.D.5; E.D.28. Sheet 24 B, Conway City, Faulkner County, Arkansas; is age 52, widowed, and he is not working. He is with his son, Jacob, and his family.
