- I have not been able to document parents for Ella. In the 1910 Indian Population Census, she and her brother, Lawrence, are listed as neice & nephew, and are enumerated in the household of Polk Hinem. In the 1920 Census, I find Lawrence and 'Zella' Chronister listed as neice & nephew, enumerated in the household of Polk Hinem. They live in the household next to John M. & Lou Spears. I believe this is our Lawrence and Ella Chronister.
